CASE 1
Returning To Sales Targets And Improving Results

CASE 2
IMPLEMENTATION OF AGILE PROCESSES IN AN IT OUTSOURCING COMPANY


A company of 47 people relied on two project managers. A major client required Agile processes for transparency.

Created 3 Scrum teams with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
