CASE 1

Returning To Sales  Targets And  Improving Results

  • Declining sales, unmet targets.

    • Sales department head and 9 regional managers.

    • 6 months of team and individual coaching.

  • Return to achieving targets by unlocking employee potential and exchanging ideas.

  • After 6 months, the company returned to meeting sales targets, which increased the following quarter.

    • Individual sessions: every 2 weeks for 1 hour.

    • Team sessions: every 3 weeks for 2 hours.

  • Inflexible processes hindered the implementation of ideas. The contract ended with the condition that the company would restructure its processes.

  •  The work was conducted during the war in Ukraine.

  • A company of 47 people relied on two project managers. A major client required Agile processes for transparency.

    • Conducted Scrum training for personnel.

    • Created 3 Scrum teams with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

    • Lead by Example: led the teams through 3 sprints (6 weeks).

    • Weekly mentoring for Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

  • Implement Agile processes and build trust with the client.

  • Within 6 months, the team regained the client's trust and met commitments. The client assigned another project to the company. The Scrum Master was promoted to Agile Coach.

  • Team productivity did not increase. Changes in personnel affected team morale. Team coaching was suggested but not adopted.
