Throughout my life, I’ve been driven by a deep desire to help others. People are my golden compass, and my mission is clear: to empower one million individuals on their transformative journeys toward self-improvement.
My professional journey began in customer service at an IT company, where I honed my English skills and navigated the world of computers. My results-oriented mindset propelled me forward, and by my late twenties, I was directing a call center spanning five countries, overseeing a team of over a thousand people.
Eager for new challenges, I transitioned to product management, leading the product line for dating sites. However, my passion lay with people, not products.
This realization led me to pivot to HR, eventually becoming the Chief Administrative Officer for a major product company. My responsibilities included implementing Agile practices—an unfamiliar concept at the time.
As I continued my leadership journey, I delved into Agile transformations, progressing from Scrum Master to Product Owner. I immersed myself in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Scrum@Scale, learning by doing —making mistakes, analyzing outcomes, and iterating. Recognizing that management skills alone weren’t enough, I developed my coaching expertise.
In 2017, I began my coaching career, completing four coaching schools and receiving numerous additional certifications. I achieved my Professional Coach certification in 2020, with more than 1500 coaching hours to date.
Today, I wear multiple hats: Agile Coach at a renowned software company, trainer in coaching school, and mentor to junior coaches. My coaching practice spans Through branded coaching platforms and personal clients, all driven by the same goal: unlocking human potential.
In 2022, due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I immigrated to Israel and started my life anew. My result-oriented, positive, and driven nature helped me settle in a new country with a different language. I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, enabling me to operate effectively in diverse environments.
My Agile expertise and coaching soft skills provides a unique advantage — I understand both people and processes. This holistic approach — working with people while optimizing processes — defines my way. I’m proud to bridge the gap between organizational transformation and personal development, helping teams and individuals achieve their fullest potential.
